I’m Wendy. For the last 5+ years, I’ve been in the trenches running a brick-and-mortar donut shop in Mexico — and I’ve learned more doing that than any university or master’s degree ever could’ve taught me (although let’s be honest, a master’s probably would've been cheaper). Who knew learning from the street could be so expensive?
But what I’ve gained is priceless.
I know firsthand what it means to build a business from the ground up — the wins, the burnout, the pivots, the pressure. I’ve walked through the fire of financial stress, health challenges, isolation, and overwhelm — and I’ve come out on the other side with one goal: to help others do it smarter.
